    Exceptional.Could not have expected such great service, came down to Busso with family for the Trifest and had problems with both my sons and wife's bikes respectively just prior to their events and Steve and his wife where so accommodating to our needs both bikes where fixed and on the road with minimal fuss. A big thank you to you Steve and you wife.

    This place was the worst customer service, they were so bad that they told us to go and see their competition instead. We were directed rudely to go to Bunnings to buy a spanner ourselves and fix the bike given they were too busy (we saw no one else in their shop). Don't go here for bike repairs. There are plenty of other nicer people to give your money to.
